Earth Day Every Day

This program handles the public events and sustainable community projects that Mercury Momentum creates and/or supports.  These activities include Tree Plantings, Park Clean Ups, Recycling for local events, as well as supporting other organizations in their efforts to educate, clean up and affect behavior toward environmental stewardship.

Our biggest endeavor under this program is the annual Earth Day Festival at Idlewild Park every April.  This event has grown to over 25,000 attendees on event day. The event combines most of the mission goals of Mercury Momentum, and is a forum for the community to collaborate and utilize in order to express its own perspective and goals of Earth Day.  For more details on this momentous event, visit its own website at renoearthday.com.
